Stupid Water

Every second, 1,000 people open a plastic water bottle in the U.S.
We set out to change their ways.

We hijacked the label of one of the most popular water brands to make a compelling argument against buying plastic water bottles, essentially creating a point-of-purchase anti-advertisement.

We made the label redesign available as a print-ready PDF, so that fellow environmental activists can help spread our labels to the bottles of coworkers, friends and strangers around the country.

The new label directs people to our microsite, where they’re challenged to change their ways by buying a reusable water bottle.

Our affiliate Amazon link allows us to track how many people actually buy a bottle, and also raise money which we will donate to 4Ocean, a nonprofit which works to rid the ocean of trash.
